20 Years of Excellence…Rockford Process Control.
In 1983, Paul Colloton and Dick Gleichman founded RPC with the determination
that quality was not an aim but a direct result of a consistent commitment
to hard work and listening to customer needs. They immediately entered
the automotive market with success. Then, in 1987, they acquired the National
Lock Casework Hardware hinge product line from Amerock. An emphasis was
put on updating equipment and improving the quality-control system. In
addition to metal stampings, they expanded RPC’s manufacturing capabilities
to include robotic welding, tube bending and machining, enabling RPC to
produce fabricated components and assemblies.

In 1996, current owner Pat Derry acquired the company. He placed
a great deal of emphasis on quality, continuous improvement, and
developing strong integrated systems. The RPC management team continually
focuses on these areas along with on-time delivery and total customer
satisfaction. RPC is a ISO 9001:2000 registered company.
Rockford Process Control is where solutions take shape. We are confident
in our ability to deliver manufacturing services that will satisfy
