We do it every day for manufacturers like Honda, Yamaha, Harley Davidson and Polaris. From start to finish, we manufacture your parts to meet our high quality standards and exceed your demanding specifications. Components and subassemblies are manufactured to our customers’ specifications. In addition, we have in-house powder coating and assembly capabilities.

We’re also Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) capable.
That means our customers can easily send us monthly purchase orders and daily releases over the Internet so we know how much to ship and when to ship it. We enter the requests into our Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system and make sure the materials are available and your order is completed on time.

RPC offers a comprehensive mix of engineering capabilities including:

• Support Engineering: Process design and control is optimized to assure customers that their part will be made correctly. We use the newest in CAD equipment and software and provide customers with Failure Mode and Effects Analysis, Process Quality Control Tables, Part Approval Layouts, Flow Mapping, Value Analysis and Value Engineering.
• Tool Design: We offer customers Progressive Tool Design and Build for high volume production runs and blanking dies and secondary dies for medium and smaller production runs. We also design and build weld fixtures.

Equipment

From tube benders, CNC laser tube cutters, and stamping presses (10 to 400 tons), to CNC machining centers and robotic welders (12 Cells), we have the manufacturing capability to effectively produce your parts.

Customer Service

Need to increase your production quantities or change your delivery dates? No problem. Just let us know, and we will work with you to meet your needs. Based on your orders, we will schedule your shipments to arrive on the date requested. We can also ship in “just in time” (JIT) quantities with JIT delivery frequency.

Quality Assurance

Quality of your parts is assured through the development of capable processes to produce each part. Through the use of Poka Yoke (error-proofing) methods and electronic sensing devices, we insure process repeatability for your parts. Metrology tools such as coordinate measuring machines (CMM) are used to verify that we are in compliance with your specifications. RPC is ISO 9001 Certified.
