Your specifications are reviewed and analyzed by our experienced engineers. We analyze the design for manufacturability. Is the part designed for optimum production and cost savings? We recommend to our customers the appropriate changes that will optimize the design and cost, while ensuring quality, prior to the start of production.

Our engineering services include manufacturing analysis, process engineering, product development, prototyping, tool, fixture, and gage design.

We really serve as “consultants,” offering you suggestions on optimizing the cost of your product. Sometimes our suggestions are as simple as a slight alteration to the part configuration or the type of material used. The ultimate decision is always yours, but we want you to have the most information possible in deciding how your product will be manufactured.
